Because my Feng Shui consultations are delivered digitally (via e-mail PDF reports and/or written correspondence), all sales are final once you place order + submit information for the consultation.

However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase:

If you made a purchase in error (wrong service selected, duplicate order, etc.), please contact me within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun to request a cancellation and full refund.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results, as Feng Shui is a personalized interpretation and service, not a guaranteed outcome.

Gifts

Would you like to give a Feng Shui consultation as a special gift?

At checkout, please add “Gift Order” in the order notes.
Include the recipient’s name, e-mail address, and any required details (such as date of birth, gender/sex, property address/floor plan if applicable).
If you’d like the report sent directly to the recipient, please provide their e-mail address. Otherwise, the report will be sent to you so you can forward it personally.
You may also include a short personal message to be added to the e-mail or report delivery.
