Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or purchasing any consultation services. By accessing, booking, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

I provide online Feng Shui consultations and related services delivered via e-mail in PDF format (reports, recommendations, analysis).
These services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.

2. Booking & Requirements

To book a consultation, you must provide:

Accurate personal details (name, e-mail, and required information such as date/time/place of birth or property floor plans).
Any additional information requested to complete the service.
Timely responses to clarification questions if needed.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the accuracy and usefulness of the consultation.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include [PayPal / Stripe].
Your consultation will not begin until payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Consultations are delivered by e-mail in PDF format to the e-mail address provided.
Delivery times vary depending on the service booked, and current queue of orders. Typical turnaround is 7–10 business days. For a more specific time-frame, please contact me at info@artofforms.com
I am not responsible for delays due to incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once order has been placed + your information has been sent.
Refunds are available only if:
- A purchase was made in error (duplicate order, wrong service selected) and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase, and before work has started.
- I am unable to deliver the service due to personal complications/emergencies.
Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund, as Feng Shui is a personalized interpretive service.

6. Intellectual Property

All consultation reports, written materials, and content provided are the intellectual property of Art of Forms.
You may use your report for personal purposes only.
Reports, texts, and designs may not be copied, resold, distributed, or republished without written permission.

7. Privacy

All personal details provided (birth data, floor plans, etc.) are treated as confidential and are used solely to complete your consultation.
Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers; I do not store payment card details.

8. Gift Orders

If purchasing a consultation as a gift, please indicate “Gift Order” in the order notes and provide the recipient’s e-mail address and necessary details.
Reports can be delivered directly to the recipient or to the purchaser for forwarding.
By placing a gift order, you confirm that you have permission to share the recipient’s personal information for the purpose of delivering the service.

9. Disclaimers

Feng Shui consultations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
No outcome or result can be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or reliance on consultation reports.
By engaging with my services, you agree to release me from liability related to your personal, financial, or health outcomes.

These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes must be handled under Florida jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the website and services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
